Black Lives Matter
Christianity teaches that we are all unique and as a school we fight injustice, particularly when the injustice is racial.
One of our four school values is dignity, and is reflected in Psalm 1 39:14: ‘I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.’ Psalm 1 39:14. This verse celebrates the rich diversity of humankind, and of God's love for His Creation.
We recognise that during the current health pandemic and the partial closure of schools, children within our community may feel disconnected from us and isolated.
At Archbishop Tenison's School black lives really do matter and we have given children opportunities within their online learning to have a voice.
